Media24 dissapoints by not delivering Rapport for 8 weeks

Eight weeks after my elderly parents (83 and 90 years of age) subscribed to the Rapport through Media 24, and after paying upfront, it is still not being delivered.I have followed this up with their call centre on 6 occasions. Even the complaints manager seems incapable of resolving this issue. My parents are so frustrated and disappointed as the Sunday newspaper is the highlight of their day and they cant just drive to the shops to buy it.
