Media24 - Cannot log in.

I am a subscriber to News 24 online. For more than a week now, I have been unable to log in. I changed the password a week ago and even if I try to log in once in 24 hrs, I get the message " Too many incorrect logins- try again later" I have tried to phone the help desk on 4 days during the recently reduced working hours without the call being answered. I want to unsubscribe but need to log in to do this !!!!
