Media24 cannot cancel subscription.

I subscribed a year ago on a special promotion, but ever since cannot used this because it is asking me to subscribe. I now want to cancel this subscription, but couldn't because it is asking me again to subscribe and would not let me cancel online. Media24 please assist me to cancel this subscription without replying to my email asking to do it online.
