Media 24 / You magazine con game

My wife had a letter published in the 'You' magazine in June and it appeared with the bubble caption stating 'letter of the week' and a reward of R400. Up until now she has not been contacted by the magazine regarding her prize winning letter. Eventually my wife found someone in the Media24 accounts department but despite sending information requested on at least 5 different occasions and from different email addresses they claim not to have received any thing. From a title that boats 1,5 million sales per week which at R50 per unit equates to R75 million per week they cannot see their way clear to paying out my wifes R400 prize. Shame on you.
