Media 24 sealing from senior citizens

I had a months subscription with them last year for R7.99. This year for the months of January and February they debited m my account with R89.99 and are refusing to give me a refund , this is two years worth of subscription. They said i didn’t cancel my sub on time . They did the same for 2024 and did give me a refund . This is unacceptable I requested for their management to call to date no call . It seems Media 24 are dealing from old and senior people
