GO MAGAZINE OUTING

We made a booking through Go Magazine to join them for a camping trip to Buffel****rt for weekend 6 - 8 April and paid the requested amount on 14 March. When I asked to include 2 grandchildren (2 days later), I was told on 22 March that the weekend was cancelled due to lack of sponsors and that our money would be refunded on 26 March. When that did not happen I tried, unsucessfully , to reach their offices by telephone. Finally managed to leave a message for Donve Myburgh to return my call. I eventually got an email from her on 29 March saying that the refund did not happen as they had missed the Thursday deadline with their accounts department and that it would be refunded today, 5 April. Really??? Extremely poor from a well recognised South African magazine - one wonders
