Failure to keep to the agreement

<p>I was phoned by a lady from Media 24 in July who asked me if I want to resubscribe. I informed her that I am tired of this company, because I have had problems with them for not delivering some times and other time the newspaper would be thorn, and that's why I decided to cancel my subscription. She than promised me that I will not expirence problems again, and if I subscribe again, they will deliver the newspaper to my address for free for a month and only after that, that they will start deducting the monthly premiums. Up until today, no newspaper was delivered but they deducted a monthly premium for September 2016. I will never subscribe to this companies products again and they must take me off their database. </p>
