Failing to cancel subscription for 7 months

This is the most dishonest company, ever and I hope more subscriber realize it and cancel their subscriptions. Makes one wonder how trustworthy the content of their publications are. After numinous mails and notification Media24 is still failing to cancel my monthly subscription as instructed on the 10th of May 2019 at 3:06 PM. Failing to precede with the cancellation of the monthly subscription makes Media 24 liable for the account with no cancellation penalties allowed under CPA Section 14 (3) b (i) as the monthly period and therefore the contract period have expired. Failing to cancel the monthly subscription as instructed on the 10th of May 2019 at 3:06 PM makes Media 24 liable for the account from the 22nd of May 2019 onwards as per CPA Section 14 (3) b (ii) and all funds charged as of 22nd of May 2019 onwards must be refunded.
