Dysfunctional Subscription Service

I paid for subscriptions to three magazines a. month ago. The new Go Platteland magazine has been on the shelves for almost two weeks and has still not been delivered after email and telephonic numerous requests/ complaints for this to be rectified. Last week I was assured that the magazine would be delivered within 3 days, that has still not happened. I simply cannot understand why it is so difficult for Media24 to deliver a magazine to a subscriber, surely this is their core business? It has been such an inconvenience and waste of my time - I regret initiating these subscriptions and will certainly not renew them is these are the lengths one has to go to to receive a product one has paid for in advance!
