Disapointed customer

My debit order for the month bounced so last week monday 21.05.18 i did a cash deposit and even got a e mail stating my payment has been received and ny subs are good till next month. From this week monday nobody at the call centre can explain as to why from this monday i have been not getting my paper. They asked for proof of payment and still no response and to make matters worse 2 weeks ago i did a sub for YOU magazine and the earliest i could get the mag was 1.06.18 and today nothing and they cant explain why. With tech moving so fast newpapers and magazines are slowly getting out dated so is this how media 24 treats there customers?
