Deducting money without my permission

Media 24 deducted money from my account for a subscription that was never confirmed with them and it has been two weeks since promising to return my money but nothing, instead sent me a R50 voucher from Checkers as an apology. One does one do in this instance. They called me offering the subscription and they said they will send me an email with regards to this offer, no email nothing but instead a month later, they deducted money on my account that is not even in my name but my mother's name. I regard that as *****. I have been told that now in order for me to get my money back I must confirm my I.D. number when they didn't confirm it when they deducted the money. I will not confirm anything with them over the phone as I have seen that they are nothing but **********. Who knows, I confirm my I.D. number only for them to go and deduct more money from my account.
