Debiting my account with NO AUTHORISATION from me

Last month, I had Media 24 deduct money on my account for a subscription that I never even had with them and I had to struggle to get my money back from them as I was kept sent from one post to another pillar without any one wanting to take responsibility. After a long stressful month trying to get my money back, I eventually did but only for them to deduct more money account. There charges are going with these debit orders that they're deducting on my account with any authorisation from me. Worse part my own debit orders that I have signed for could not go through as I had insufficient funds in my account and all thanks to Media 24 for the inconvenience they had caused me and I must pay back all those charges now. If anyone does not take responsibility at Media 24, I will have to take this matter further up the industry line as I am taking for a ride and for a fool as I am black person and think I do not know my rights. By giving me food vouchers, clearly they are saying that I am a poor hungry black person as I find that as an insult for the money they have deducted on my account. I want that money back...**********
