Constant no delivery

I am subscribed to Volksblad, for delivery to my home. (3months now).<br> First my address was incorrectly entered onto their system, for which I did not receive newspaper for more then a week. This was then rectified. But after that I would constantly not receive my newspaper at least twice a week. (I then buy a newspaper from the street vendor - meaning I pay double for it.) <br> I have reported this on Friday (5/6/2015) after which a newspaper was delivered later that day. This morning (Tuesday 9/6/2015) my newspaper was again not in my mailbox.<br> This is a real problem for me!
