Complaint Media 24 subscription

I took out a subscription for the You magazine and one of the selling points was that the magazine would be delivered earlier than it was available in the stores. For the passed 3 weeks I only received the magazine after numerous phone calls and messages to media24. I have still not received last weeks magazine. The people working in the subscriptions department have been unhelpful a disinterested.
