Betaal , en ontvang nie die Rapport koerant

I received a sms confirming that the Rapport news paper will be delivered at my home, in Ottosdal on 25/1/2015. It did not happen. And again no copy today. But the debit order is already in tact for payment. It is not the first time. I had a previous experience with the same problem. And the responce I received from Media 24 was bad<br> <br> Dit is rerig patetiese diens!!!
