Awaiting Feedback

I joined Media 24 and was very happy with their service. After some time in 2013 they stopped supplying me with the magazines but continued to deduct money from my bank, and I spoke to a lady in Cape town.(Can't remember her name) The issue was sorted and I was then compensated with magazines. I never cancelled as I thought it will never happen again. To my surprise they stopped supplying me and I was in contact with the delivery guy. Every time I complained I will get a delivery, but when I don't complain I won't get. The supply stopped completely last year early May. The last deduction from my account was on 01 June 2015. I called Media 24 on the 09/06/2015 and spoke to Johannes and query about my deductions. I asked that my money be refunded and my contract be cancelled. He promised to call me back, and the feedback I got from him was that his manager said I can only be refunded the money for 2 months as I never complained about the situation. I am still complaining but no money was refunded till date.
