unfullfilled product

i have purchased an android tablet from media tradings, before buying i asked them if it has all the social media including watsapp, they said yes and they will download it for me.<br> on its arrival, it had the old version of watsapp which was not working, i then contacted them,asked them to help with the download of new version as it says **it does not support watsapp at all. the owner,Mr Smith said its fine he will email me the link to download the working version which will be compatible with the tablet, since then he never responded with any link,he no longer returns my call nor emails.<br> <br> wow, so that is how media tradings work.
