2 years after my wedding, still no pictures!

I got married on 22/11/2013 and paid Klaus Grabler R6900 for his photography services. After my wedding he supp**** me with a disc containing WATERMARKED pictures of the most special day of my life. I was supposed to receive prints and printable HD pics on a disc after that. Nearly two years and many, many follow ups later this man is still awol with my photos.
