WAITING MORE THAN A MONTH FOR REFUND WITH NO HELP
I was approached via facebook and telephonically regarding marketing for my business. They offer to create an adverti*****t for you and display it on screens in salons, etc.<br> I requested a refund after I was not happy with the ad they created for my company. I informed them that I will not be using their services and asked them to please refund my money. That was on the 26th of Nov 2015

The client's issues where addressed and resolved to her satisfaction. Largely a communication error over December period led to frustration on the clients part. We apologized and have issued a full refund and issued the advertising product free to the client for 6 months during which time we are confident she will see such great benefit that she will renew as a paying client.
