Company alert it's not found on May platform systems

Good day I have join the company of Pear Africa on 01/02/2022 as a Junior cutter in Print Production department and on 2023 the company changed names to Media Host and was now promoted to immediate Cutter same department and we were told that we will get raise on salary after six months we patiently waited and August we got raises though the company when I try to go to the banks to get loans it's not found on system and it raised questions on me as an employee, firstly we work 12days in and 2 days off ..simply saying you work 26 in a month and 4 days off of different weekends, our work is based on digital cutting papers and magazines with compulsory target of 650, 750 and 850 if you are a senior though we work even weekends but they not paid only basic straight salary and they demand us to be at the office by 5:00 to 11:30 every they don't care for our safety no transport provided for stuff at all and it's risk coming here at 5:00 worse weekend we work and don't get paid and when you decide to be absent on weekends they take your annual leave days on our simple pay platform and our supervisors are hired with no qualifications and some of the are foreigners with no documents at all to with hold thier positions , in all the company is just not fair due to more work and less pay please assist guys thanks...Honeydew 2170 Blueberry Wildfig business park 1494 cranberry building F
