Poor service

I was instruct to do payment before procedure but I have to wait for how long to get the statement for proof of payment to submit to medical aid. They sent email on a Friday before they close for the day with reason which is not acceptable. The 2 people responsible are Margaret Anthony and Marco Coetzee. Not the first time this is happening. They was suppose to call me but also did not do it. This is unprofessional service and behavior. Not the first time this has happened.
