Dissappointed

I went to Medizone vereeniging for a check up as I am pregnant when I went their I was not satisfied because I went to get a sonar an a proper check up . They did not check my urine which the s out I had a urinal infection that I discovered when going to a public clinic the following day. I feel they did not do a proper job I went again to complain about this and for another sonar scans was charged a huge bill on my medical aid yet I feel had they properly checked me the first time I would not have gone again the problem would have been solved their and then.All the doctor could say sorry Mam th e sisters minds where still in festive mode. Things such as urinal infection lead to early labour this is totally unacceptable and why was I charged that crazy bill ignorance was on their side I would have not returned to complain had they done a proper job.
