wrong medication given

My father in law went to medi clinic in trighard due to medical reasons last week Thursday and they gave him medicine for his condition. Today he had to go back and the doctor informed him that he was given the wrong medication... this hospital is going backwards and fast. Would rather be transferred to N17 hospital. At least there I would not worry about Dieing.
