Worst service ever in an emergency

My Woman had a Miscarriage around 14h20 net care sent a Paramedic who helped stelabilize her and check her vitals, we got to midstream clinic around past 3 my girl was rushed inside and I was left at the reception obviously filling in forms and sharing my girls details

I was advised to Pay R1841 which was "apparently" for admiting her but when Dr Daniel Van Der merwe came inn he had so many delays and its now 22h48 my girl has not been helped with cleaning as she had a miscarriage at 14h20 and Discovery medical aid should also stop giving people medical aid plans that never help them at a time of need but end of each and every month they debit +2000 from our bank accounts with **** medical Plans
