Worst service ever

Worcester medi clinic Emergency room: On Sunday morning my son was severely assaulted. I took him to the emergency room at Worcester mediclinc at about 3h45. He was under the influence of alcohol and very confused so when he was touched he was defensive not knowing what is happening. We got him onto the bed with assistance from the security but he again was aggressive and swearing. I explained to the one nurse, Nurse Phyllis, he is confused and scared and thinks he is still be attacked. She just refused to help him. Saying she won't be sweared at, took off her gloves and left. The Dr said he must calm down first. Now as a mother driving your son to the ER at night, his face swollen and ****** is the worst experience. And then on top that to be treated like that by medical staff who are supposed to have trauma experience and be able to deal with aggressive patients . It is traumatic and unacceptable. He was just covered with a blanket in case he goes into shock. No one checked on him until the day shift arrived at 7. That dr discovered 2 open head fractures that needed stitches and his jaw is broken in 2 places.

But night shift EC staff at mediclinic Worcester just left him.
