Worst service ever

My name is sanelisiwe Mthethwa I am a female of 27years if age. 08 April 2019 at 20:00 I had a major allergy reaction due to some China dry fruit I had. My sister immediately rushed me to medi clinic casualty as my whole body was itchy, I was shivering with a severe dry throat. I literally had to wait 3 hours at the reception to be allocated a casualty bed. Once on the bed I had to wait another hour for the doc’s examination, and another hour after I’ve seen the doc for the nurses to give me 2 injections. So basically I feel my whole experience was rushed through without proper examination and attention I even requested to be discharged as clearly being there didn’t help me with anything I wasn’t getting any sense of urgency none whatsoever. Now I’m expecting to pay such a large amount of money for what? Being seated at their waiting area?? And taking a nap on the bed for a couple of min without proper assistance.
