Worst medical service ever

Worst experience in my entire life...... I was admitted and a while after there was an old lady admitted as well. It was unbearable in the ward I was in I requested to be moved. I wasn't moved. I tried to deal with the situation as I couldn't get any rest and there wasn't any quietness in the room. At 1 in the night the old lady was tied up to her bed and started to scream for help and I requested that they attended to the situation. They told me I need to understand that they can't do anything and I need to calm down and try and sleep (which I may add that it was impossible) I requested once again to be moved or that they old lady needs to be moved. They refused and I went to the night manager she told me that she will arrange that I will be moved. When I got to my room they wanted to give me sleeping medication which I refused to take. They moved me(female) to a male ward..... I will take this to medi Clinic headquarters as well.
