Worst emergency support EVER!!!

My 4-year-old daughter fell and hit her head, causing bruising and severe vomiting. We rushed her to Trichardt Medi Clinic, where no attempt was made to determine the immediate severeness and assist patients in the ER according to the priority. After battling to keep her awake for some time, the dr eventually attended to us, just to casually ask whether we would like to do an x-ray, CT scan or observation, the doctor should advise what is best?? After again just leaving us, not communicating any further, we were later instructed to go to the radiology, where we were again just told to take a seat (the place was empty!!!!!!!!) After my daughter vomited again, I went looking for the doctor, one of the head nurses told me to take a seat, I told her that we were worried and need help, I was told to "change my attitude". After sitting at the hospital for two hours, which could have been life threatening, we decided to leave as patients wellbeing and treatment according to severity is NO priority at this hospital and the staff are very rude! Payment to be made, but NO treatment provided!?
