Worse treatment for a private hospital

Good morning . It is with sad regards to write this email how badly medi clinic treated my fianceè during her operation over the weekend

1.during operation she was not giving any operation clothing, meaning she can having infections at the moment

2. Next day after the operation she was not helped to bath she had to bath herself

3. During check out a Nicole was still attac to her hand n I asked the lady whn we fetched the medication y this was still in her n she called to let 1 of the nurses to come remove it . Thy said we needed to go back to the wad n remove it.

4 .no porter to help with the wheel chair to take her to the car ,I had to push her myself to the car

As I said I m very dissapointed how a private hospital would make such mistakes n mistreatment
