Worse service ever

On the 1st of January because I was in the area I went to sandton mediclinic for a server ear infection i was told my entire right ear canal has swollen closed and was given antibiotics till today they haven't help and now my left early is heading in the same direction I am in a tremendous amount of pain. I call the ER department to get a letter from the doctor just so I dont have to use my earphones for work and got shoved around pillar to post laughed at treated like ****. After at least 6 times of saying I cannot drive I must drI've there or I won't get a letter at no point did anyone even attempt to help me. My health to theme meant nothing as well as my well being mediclinic sandton worse place ever Eden Vale government hospital had more care. They very quick to take money but they won't help you they will make it worse for you.
