Words cannot describe my disappointment

Medi clinic pietermaritzburg words cant describe how disappointed i am, i got there at 20h55pm till 22h00 without seeing a doctor and my 2 year old daughter is so sick she is short of breath yet there was no one to attend to me she was literally crying because of chest pains but we were not attended to until after 1hour 10minutes i decided to walk out crying without any help.
