why waste our money here wen we could have gotten better treatment at a public hospitals

<p>arrived here at 10:30 no seance of emergency at all. My lil sister had extreme headache and burning pain in her ears.. 14:00 only blood pressure n diabetic test done.. people come in and out we still here.. we even went to have breakfast at the coffee shop.. they said there is an emergency which came through.. understood but after that plenty of patients kept coming through b4 us.. worst of all when I raised it up they just apologized and said will be called next. Instead of us being called 5 more patient get called along wiv us.. never mind that we go in kept in bed 3.. all others are assisted and we still sitting.. this could have just been called a public hospital bcz there is nothing private but our bank n medical aid balances.. it's very irritating when u are paying for something you dnt get.. if I went to Bara. Maybe by now I could have been able to run my Sunday duties than sitting her baby sitting people who suppose to be knowing their job.. m I am very angry n fuming for such service and high bill for no results.. </p> <p> </p> <p>kindly look into into this and make changes because I will never ever come back to this hospital even if they called me for free </p>
