What horrible service at medi clinic Pietermaritzburg

I know we have a serious pandemic we fighting in our country, but that shouldn’t take away from others who are going to medi clinic Pietermaritzburg. I’ve been to the hospital twice first time was when I tested positive, I got the most horrible service. I was there from 8am and left after 9pm cause they completely forgot about. As we speak I’m there again revel from my doctor cause of my kidneys, I’m in pain, shaking and throwing up, when I say no one gave, if you ask for help they look at you like a problem. I asked for someone to drink and for pain I literally had to wait for over 3 hours but when they need me to sign payment documents they are in and out of that room. I am so disappointed eventually when the doctor came she asked me if hat I expect her to do. They have me drip which did nothing and I raised she just laughed and said she will send something stronger, I tell you I haven’t had that strong thing. Nothing has changed I still feel the same way I did walking in here. I’m so disappointed but they will still bill me for this.
