Watch out for medi clinic vergelegen

So apparently I was served a summons from medi-clinic vergelengen in 2015 and only found out about this now. When I asked for the information to be sent to me and who received the summary I was told that it doesn't matter as long as the person is over 16. Apparently a " Mr Swartz accepted the summons on.my behalf who is in charge of the propert" when I asked who Mr Swartz is no kne can answer me. When I asked why would someone be in charge of my house. No one can answer me. When I told them I dont live in a flat that there will be any supervisor of some sort. Again no answer. When I told them I have no one by that name in my house, as a friend or as a neighbour. No answer. So who did they give the summons to. Apparently it was given to A so called mr Swartz but this Mr Swartz never signed the document?? I have waited almost two weeks for them to come back to me or have a supervisor call me to no avail. So how many people have they caught like this??? I told them that should I have an outstanding balance I will pay it but retrieve your false document from the court. Their answer " you have the domicilian" yes I have my address because I am honest enough I did not run away from a summons I never received. This cannot be legal. Please if there is someone to tell me what to do with these people . What they actually saying to me is that even though they were never at my address they will say so because I have them my address.
