Very unhappy with the service I got at Dr Rynard Petrus Slabbert

I called before I made and appointment at an optometrist whose name Dr Rynard Petrus Slabbert and asked if the dermatologist is going to prescribe something for me and the receptionist lady there said "yes" but i didn't get any help Now I have stay with this thing on and acne on my face which is the reason why I wanted to see a dermatologist in the first place. That means I paid my R700 for nothing!

I paid my money for a doctor to tell me about sunscreens and things which he knew very well that they are not safe for the skin and that I wouldn't have agreed to use them as I already have a skin problem. I'm really not happy and I want my money back Because I didn't even get help from that Dr. What did I pay for?! To just advice of using a sunscreen on a face that has a problem with acne and Malsma? What kind of a professional dr is that? Who tells a patient that "there's nothing I can do for you, acne is part of life's journey and everyone has it" really? And the i had to pay R700 for that?
