Very unhappy sick mom

My son was admitted in Victoria hospital on the 21st of May for severe dehydration and a tummy bug. At first I was very happy with the service received. Nurses was all very nice and the doctor very good. Didn't have any issues regarding the service. But then as the days went by its gotten more and more worse. They didn't have any toys for the children to keep them busy. Not colouring books teddies trucks or anything. What do the children have to do to keep them busy.? 2ndly i had a patient next to me with a tv that she put on loud. 6o clock in the morning till 8at night the whole day. I complained about it every day since my child is sick and need his rest. Every time after the nurse went there an hour or so later it was loud again. It was very frustrating. 3rdly the afternoon before he got discharged i started having fever and a sinus problem. The Friday morning of his discharge my head was sore, i got fever sinus and felt like i didn't sleep anything during the night. Went to trauma unit. Doctor did tests i am having some kind of bacterial infection coz of my high fever. Medi clinic receptionist told me my payment to be made which the medical aid doesn't cover is R360 which i didn't have seeing it is the 24th the day before payday. Went to the pharmacy with my script medical aid paid for only the paracetamol which means the rest of the medication was about R250 which i didn't have seeing it was the day before payday. Walked up to my room to check out and a nurse got me in the passage asking me how is jayden. I told her he is getting discharged today the 24th. But now i am sick. She asked me what is wrong. I told her my symptoms. She said you are not the first mom complaining. We had other moms also admitted after the baby was discharged. Which means there is some kind of bacterial infection in the paediatric Ward since i was in hospital from the 21st until the 24th. Went to get my meds yesterday at my local pharmacy it cost me R300. For a infection i picked up while in hospital with my son. The whole exercise is costing me R660. I have to pay from my pocket seeing that i got the bug in hospital. Do you think this is fair?? And 4thly when my son's wet wipes were finished on friday morning i called the nurse asked her for a wipe or 2seeing that he ****ed. I was shocked when she told me sorry no wipes here. A children ward?? I mean come on really?? Overall i must say im happy with the nursing staff and the cleaning. But generally im a very unhappy customer.
