Very poor service

Their staff members (Barbara Steenkamp) tells lies about my company. When confronted, Carl Buurman said they will handle internally. It was a serious compliant. They just never solved it. It is like a cult, where everyone covers for everyone, even when proof is given. The email from Carl was rude. It let one wonder if he really knows what he is doing. I am sickened about how the matter was handled. Shame on Mediclinic, but even more shame on Carl Buurman.
