Very bad service from Legae medi-clinic nurses with attitude

The service is very poor , as we speak right now am admitted since the 29th September 2023, believe me the nurses they don't care even if you complain about pain they will attend you after 4hours which is unfair and very rude, my physician prescribed new medication yesterday at 20H00 believe me its 13H05 still didn't get my medication and am in severe pain,nurses are doing nothing about it,they waiting for me to die,
