Very bad ER experience while in agonising pain

I came in at 4 in the after noon to the ER my brain felt like it had a heartbeat that wanted to climb out of my body i sat there until 7 night the ER staff told me that there was no opening but as soon as patience walked through the door they where taken to the see the Dokters, my wife told them a couple of times that I'm in allot of pain and seek medical attention now and the weren't willing to comply now I'm sitting at home with no Dokters note and a very bad experience of the only hospital I trusted. i do hope they can resolve the problem
