Utterly useless management

The service we received from the doctors of this hospital was very poor, and the management was even worse. It's only when you make a scene that the doctors will assist you, especially with a patient in the ICU who needs to be checked on regularly. The doctor at the Polokwane branch failed me miserably. The nurses were amazing nonetheless. They treated us like family, and with so much care. The management had the audacity to continue billing us even after our family member passed on. We are still waiting for the refund that they promised us, it's been a month now. Completely useless, don't waste your money going there.
