Useless security at the hospital

I am sooo irritated at the level of incompetence from the security guys my car was broken into inside the hospital parking with the security onsite.... I was forced to pay parking ticket despite my car being broken into, worse thing the security company does care from security to the manager they all did not care I am so irritated at all this what's the use of parking inside the hospital if it's not safe. What exactly was I paying for the parking ticket if my car was broken into?
