UNPLEASANT ASSISTANTS OR NURSES FROM MEDI-CLINIC HEART HOSPITAL

I just want to share my disappointments on how the nurses or i can say assistants at the reception are just not doing their jobs. Here i am i phone the Heart Hospital in Pretoria under Dr Mpe and the lady by the name of Nthabiseng picks the phone to assist me i try to explain to her that am phoning to get a follow up on the forms that were submitted last week Friday and payment done same day on the 30/09/2019 for a clients insurance policy, instead of her to hear me out she rudely tells me that there is no email address from our side and maybe we used wrong email, i try to tell her i spoke to someone on the 02/10/2019 and they informed me that the forms are with the Dr so now how come you telling me there no email it does not make sense. She finally asks me to hold as she asks someone she works with and what they were talking about me in the background in Setswana was so rude,unpleasing and it got me angry. She came back after the laughter and told me she found who i spoke too and she will apologies, i told her before you apologies my name is Neo and i can hear or i heard every single thing you said there just know am going to pass a complaint through. Of which i know that if i send it through they might delete it . I would like to ask the Dr to speak to his employees because these people are suppose to help not make fun and everything. If anything happens to the client waiting for the forms i will put it to them.
