Unhappy with the services

I Lebogang! Am very unhappy an uncertified with the treatment I received today at Medi clinic gynecology hospital in Sunny side! My son was supposed to be admitted in Muelmed medi clinic but due to lack of beds I had to be referred to sunny side! With our previous admission at Muelmed I was allowed to sleep over, in a chair near my son’s bedside but today at sunny side I was informed by an un-named unprofessionall( with no name tag,no distinguishing devices)sister that “all places have rules, and it’s the paedietric wards rules that I have to leave my son or go to high care ward to lodge I don’t have a problem with lodging, my only issue is living my four year old sons bedside. Because even when I’m lodging I’ll hav to leave him by 9pm! This may be ok with other mothers but I feel this to have been the most cruel thing to have occurred to my son,who was crying hysterically when I had to leave the hospital! What ever happened to nursing patients holistically and putting the needs and rights of a patient first :( **********
