unfairness and inconcidarate

I arrived at mediclinic welcome at 3am with a sick child . i understand the were no beds then but around 5 Dr confirmed that they discharged kids the reception lady said round about 10 kids . but im still at casualty . one child was a direct admission but still I'm still seating here with my two kids no one is saying anything. Why must we still pay for private hospitals if we still gonna get this poor treatment. Mindue the younger one is more sick than the other but they haven't attend to him and they sharing a bed . and casualty is not full . i see kids being bought here and being taken to wards .yet they came with almost the same sickness as my kids yet i was here 1st . i did mention that they vomiting and that means they might be hungry i even had to buy them food myself . yet im paying mediclinc .
