Unfair treatment by Medi-clinic Legae

My name has been listed on TransUnion as bad payer by Mediclinic legae(Mabopane)even after my family doctor has motivated reason for not being billed.My wife has delivered a baby at this hospital and accorded three(3)days to recover which is approved by medical aid and on the day of being discharged, breakfast was served,waited in a waiting room to collect medication n released just before 12pm n therefore they billed her a full day which medical aid refused to pay(we are now subjected to settle the amount and eventually handed to debt collectors)
