Unfair business practices, threats and ******ion & bad administration

I am giving them a 2-star rating as their medical care is actually quite acceptable, but the administration is a nightmare.

They sent me an email saying they listed me with TransUnion and will not remove the listing until the full amount has been paid. I consequently paid the full amount out of duress, even though this amount has been in dispute since February.

Even after ******ing the money out of me, they are refusing to honor their part of the threat and remove a listing that was unfair to begin with.

Today, I got an email from Andrea Moolman saying they need 2-3 days to process my payment, yet my banker has confirmed the money has already cleared in Medi-Clinic's account.

Do not do business with this company - they will take your money and attempt to ruin your reputation while they're at it.
