Unfair account billing

Medical Heart hospital is a certain Doctor Sonja Kok working on 23/09/2021 i was admitted for an emergency and she saw me in the emergency room and I was admitted for observation there was a possibility that I may have to undergo surgery for bleeding vain but this never occurred and I never underwent or received any surgery at all while admitted in the hospital This unprofessional Doctor handed me over to layers without sending me an account for R294.00 for a motivational report to undergo surgery which I never received I have tried multiple times to call her office no answer of you get transferred tot he account department who doesn't call you back and cant solve the issue the layers argument is you are handed over and you need to ya and the amount is now double please stay away from this Doctor you will get rip of for service you never received or you will pay for something you never needed and please informed your medical Aid as well to double check accounts
