Undermining customers

Hello Peter, I am so angry and mad about the service at Mediclinic Gynaecologial hospital in Sunnyside, Pretoria. The GP referred me to them on the 2nd January for booking Sonar and Mammography. I did that with another guy who was standing for someone at that time, he booked me for 8th January. The appointment was confirmed telephonically with somebody from somewhere. When I arrive the guy tells me I was supposed to go to Femina and that he is sorry cause he's new and standing for someone. Off cause I was mad and he apologised then advised me to go to Femina Hospital. Then I told him that I am at work and on lunchtime and also there are transport issues for me to go there. He then spoke to that someone again over the phone and it was resolved that I should come back again on Wednesday as the leave for that lady will be over. I then phoned the number + ********** 9200 and the appointment was confirmed for today.

When I arrive there today the lady tells me that she cannot help me and that I should go to Femina. Still no help again after being told to go make another booking.
