Unacceptable Services

Good evening

My father has been in and out of your hospital for more than 2 years and his health is not getting any better,

This month alone he was there for operation early this month or late last month and after that operation he has been with you two times because the Pain he's going through sometimes get too much, can you please say what is wrong or what's the issue as this is now getting very serious.

This afternoon he was there he was asked to come tomorrow morning but even at the moment as im writing this mail he's already in pain waiting for tomorrow morning, what if he wont make it till morning? He's your regular patient and i think he was supposed to be treated much better that waiting for tomorrow.

I know and believe health matters can be complicated but the treatment can be much better than what is being offered.
