Unacceptable Service: Rude Staff

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of your doctor's receptionist at emergency this morning. When I called to inquire about my account, I clearly stated that I was short on time due to an impending meeting. I requested the contact details for the appropriate departments (hospital and Pathologist) so I could contact them post my meeting have my account statements forwarded directly. Instead, I was told that this was not possible and was transferred to another department, causing further delay. This response was unacceptable. I expect to receive prompt and respectful service when I visit Constantiaberg, not be redirected between departments without consideration for my time. I trust that you will address this matter promptly to prevent such occurrences in the future. I hope to never visit Constantiaberg again.
